I recently added an off site link to a site called runetracker.org.
This site is a cool tool to track the progress of your friends and your own characters. You can go to any of the character pages here:

and click on the link above their name at the top of the page, or you can just go to:
directly. Check it out =-)
Please note that their site is currently in Beta mode, and you can only find information on players that are in the hiscore table on the Runescape website.
